Server:
netsh / advfirewall set allprofiles state off
Desktop:
- run: dcomcnfg
- Component Services -> Computers -> My computer
- My Computer / right click / left pane and select COM Security
- Under edit limits for access permissions, click on Anonymous and allow Remote Access
